Collect
We take in good bikes.
We collect gently used bicycles that are good candidates for refurbishment. Community members and partners help us identify bikes that are no longer being used but still have plenty of life left.
Our Work
A gently used bike can have years of life left. Success Cycles brings together donated bicycles, student leadership, volunteers, and community partners to help put that life to work.
How it works

Collect
We collect gently used bicycles that are good candidates for refurbishment. Community members and partners help us identify bikes that are no longer being used but still have plenty of life left.

Refurbish
Each bicycle is inspected, cleaned, repaired, and safety-checked. Our team addresses the repairs and maintenance needed to make sure the bike is dependable and ready for its next rider.

Give
Once a bike is ready, we work with community partners to connect it with someone facing a transportation barrier. Bikes are provided free of charge.
In the workshop
No warehouse, no assembly line — just students, a toolbox, and a driveway. Every donated bike is cleaned, repaired, and safety-checked until it is genuinely ready for the road.

Ready for the road
Each bicycle is cleaned, repaired, and safety-checked before it is given to its new owner. Every rider also receives a helmet and bike lock to help them ride safely and protect their new transportation.

Safe. Reliable. Ready to ride.

Who we serve
Success Cycles serves people in our community who face transportation barriers. A dependable bicycle can make it easier to get to work, attend school, reach appointments, access essential services, and stay connected to the community.
For people experiencing housing or financial instability, reliable transportation can make everyday responsibilities more manageable. A bicycle can help someone get to work, attend appointments, access services, and take important steps toward greater independence.
Transportation can be a major barrier when a car is not available or public transit does not reach where someone needs to go. A bicycle can provide a reliable, affordable way to get to work, school, job training, and other opportunities.
For refugees, immigrants, and others building a new life in our community, a bicycle can provide immediate mobility and greater independence. It can make it easier to reach jobs, schools, stores, appointments, and community resources.
Because access to transportation can change what’s possible.
